TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 25 years or over.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. Entries into the promotion opens at 9:00am AEDT on 08/12/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30/12/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. A participating store is any in-store Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O or IGA Liquor store located in Australia and displays advertising material relating to this promotion during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Store”).
  6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, spend $25 or more on any Canadian Club product/s in a single transaction during the Promotional Period, at a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”). If a purchase receipt is not provided to the individual at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request this material.
  7. To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code on the promotional material or visit, here follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their first name, last name, email address and phone number), upload a copy of their purchase receipt, and submit the fully completed entry form.
  8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent on Canadian Club products in excess of $25 purchased in that transaction; and (b) only one (1) entry is permitted per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
  9. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  13. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 07/01/2026 at 11:00am AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online here on 12/01/2026.
  14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The first valid entry drawn will win one (1) trip to Canada for two (2) adults valued at up to $24,000 (depending on date and point of departure).
    Prize includes:
    1. Return economy airfares for two (2) adults from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Toronto, Canada;
    2. Eight (8) days' car hire and/or private transfers;
    3. One (1) x private Niagara Falls helicopter experience for two (2) adults;
    4. Two (2) nights' minimum four (4) star accommodation in Niagara Falls, Ontario (twin/double share);
    5. Three (3) nights' minimum four (4) star accommodation in a premium off-grid wilderness cabin with lake access and hiking trails;
    6. One (1) x private bush chef dining experience with open-fire cooking for two (2) adults;
    7. Return private transfers from Toronto accommodation to bush dining experience;
    8. Two (2) nights' minimum four (4) star accommodation in Toronto (twin/double share);
    9. One (1) x Canadian Club drinks and hamper package (including 10 Canadian Club pre- mixed cans, one 700ml bottle of Canadian Club and a charcuterie board of locally sourced products;
    10. Optional summer activity (e.g. canoeing, hiking, swimming - self-guided from cabin);
    11. AU$200 grocery voucher for the cabin to stock up on summer essentials;
    12. Comprehensive travel insurance for two (2) adults (subject to no pre-existing medical conditions and under 59 years of age);
    13. AU$1,000 spending money for the winner in the form of an electronic funds transfer (“EFT”) to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account. Winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies; and
    14. Comprehensive prize management by Mavel, including securing liability/publicity release paperwork, all bookings, itinerary management, and 24-hour support for the winners during their trip.
  16. Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), additional insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. The winner must select a travel companion with a minimum age of 18 years or over. The legal drinking age in Canada is 19 years old and only individuals aged 19 years or over will be legally allowed to order and consume alcohol whilst participating in certain elements of the prize. Once the prize has been claimed, the winner and their travel companion will be required to complete a further prize booking form, including liability and publicity waiver, within one (1) month of the date that they successfully claimed the prize and were verified as the valid winner. The winner and their travel companion must finalise the prize booking within two (2) months of the date that they successfully claimed the prize and were verified as the valid winner. Travel must be booked at least 60 days prior to intended travel departure. Prize must be taken within 12 months from the date the prize is claimed and is subject to booking and flight availability. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. Availability cannot be guaranteed during Christmas, school holiday and special event periods.
  17. All passengers must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same property. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winner and/ or their travel companion miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner and travel companion. Once booking is confirmed no changes are allowed, unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and if permitted will incur a fee of $200 per person plus supplier charges which is payable by the winner. Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The winner and their guest/s are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas (and must meet the eligibility requirements of eTA Visa Waiver for entry into Canada), vaccinations and travel documentation. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety of the destination and it is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to check the travel advice issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and assess the safety of the destination country prior to travel.
  18. Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance is not included. The driver must have a current and full valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and meet any age requirements. It is recommended that the winner obtains an international driver’s licence.
  19. The winner and their companions will each be required to fully complete a travel insurance application form provided by the Promoter and may also be required to undergo medical tests as required by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, in order to redeem the travel insurance element of the prize. Any person found guilty of insurance fraud or failure to honestly and accurately disclose all relevant insurance information at the time of applying for a travel insurance policy or when making a claim forfeits any rights or entitlements to the travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance will be provided by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, and subject to approval by the travel insurer. In the event that the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer refuses to issue insurance to the winner and companions, the winner forfeits that travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance is subject to the terms and conditions issued by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, including but not limited to any limitations on the covered amount.
  20. The winner and their companion acknowledge that participation in the Niagara Falls helicopter experience as well as any canoeing, hiking, or swimming activity (each an “Activity”) is a dangerous activity that may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. The winner and their companion must: (a) attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, required medical tests and other requirements of the Promoter and Activity organisers as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in the Activity; (c) not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (d) comply with all directions of the Promoter and Activity organisers at all times; and (e) wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and Activity organisers, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent the winner or their companion from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that the winner or their companion poses a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. Prize is subject to booking availability. If the Activity is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and no compensation will be offered. Maximum weight and luggage restrictions apply to the Niagara Falls helicopter Activity and the flight is weather dependent.
  21. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  22. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
  23. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
  24. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  25. Total prize pool value is up to AU$24,000.
  26. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  27. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 09/02/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) business days of the draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online here on 16/02/2026.
  28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winner and their companion agree that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation apart from the Promoter or prize supplier.
  29. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  30. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  31. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  32. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  33. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of the prize.
  34. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  35. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
